To provide best-in-class support to our customers, we're looking for a motivated, customer-experience obsessed QA Project Specialist to help support quality for Uber's US&C Community Operations Service Quality team.
This role will report to the Head of US&C Service Quality, driving central quality initiatives across the US&C mega region, in all verticals of business across all modalities.
This role is a strategic leader and structured thinker who has a love for process efficiency, and continuous improvement. The Project Specialist must thrive in working with cross-functional teams at all levels inspiring changes and driving accountability. You will need to be deadline driven and comfortable presenting to a number of stakeholders. You understand SQL, Google Data Studio, and Google Suite and are able to work confidently with each.
What You'll Do
Support regional level projects across teams like dealing with quality and service improvements, improving capabilities, data analytics, migrations, people initiatives, reporting improvements, process standardization, and keeping track of plans, quality, and timelines for such activities.
Manage all quality intake requests for US&C Query maintenance, using SQL
Project workforce efficiency, and manage overall QA resources accordingly while driving adherence and compliance toward deliverables as assigned to projects.
Track progress, understand dependencies, communicate status to upper management and project stakeholders.
Proactively work to remove obstacles and enable forward momentum and progress.
Manage issue customer concerns and provide support to teams balancing competing priorities.
Support strategic projects such as tooling implementation, process changes, and other cross-functional efforts as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
Experience working on cross-functional projects and/or teams
Project management experience.
Ability to work on a deadline
Organized, self-driven, and detail-oriented.
Demonstrated history of being a collaborative team player
Experience with Google Suite, SQL, Google Data Studio, Microsoft Excel
Interest or basic experience with service quality principles
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with enterprise-level quality management systems such as Nice or Periscope is a plus
Salesforce experience.
