Job Description:
Maintains the ANZ Promo website by publishing reports on a monthly basis and attending to inquiries from the clients.
Creates ad hoc reports requested by the local office. Ad Hoc tasks may include removal, addition, or modification of existing reports.
Maintains the scripts used to create syndicated or custom reports files. This may include tweaking of old scripts and or creation of new scripts in order to generate the reports.
Validates the reports for data accuracy and identifies and resolves any anomalies.
Serves as subject resource on relevant production area, answering queries. Reviews problems arising during the coding process and ensures successful resolution.
Performs ongoing analysis and evaluation of existing processes with the objective of providing continuous improvements.
Provides and or creates input for new system development, including requirement gathering, UAT and implementation.
Bridges data, as required, comparing incoming transaction data with IMS' reference data files to make a match or bridge between the two using manual or automated processes
Answers queries from less experienced colleagues.
Escalates issues as necessary.
Performs functions as directed by the supervisor.
Performs quality checks of materials produced on a regular basis.
Reviews the production schedule on a daily basis, and takes necessary actions in order to meet agreed schedules.
Performs ongoing analysis and evaluation of existing processes with the objective of providing continuous improvements.
Trains team members in all aspects of the relevant production area.
Communicates with the Team Lead or local office to ensure that the requirements are met and delivered on time.
Communicates actively with other departments to inform of status or to resolve problems.
List of Required Skills For This Role:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Pharmacy or equivalent with minimum of two (2) years' experience in relevant production area.
Strong PC literacy skills, preferably with knowledge in MS Excel, Power point presentation and VBA would be an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer focus, attention to detail and good analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to proactively identify complex problems and needs and develop solutions/recommendations to solve problems
Ability to guide the work of others within a team environment
Ability to work under time constraints and changing work volumes
Ability to follow established procedures to resolve routine matters
