The Product Support Representative will focus on responding appropriately and timely to email and tickets from internal and external customers of the product.
Provide product support to customers via email and/or chat leveraging internal resources in a timely manner
Work on cases/tickets according to established departmental practices
Document all interactions following standard operating procedures
Improve the quality of the customer experience on a daily basis
Bachelor's degree in any field
Flexible and can work under pressure and can do multi-tasking.
Methodical, meticulous and well-organized
Good working knowledge of MS Office
Strong analytical abilities
Persistent and resourceful
Excellent English is written and oral communication skills; good in business correspondence
Can work with minimum supervision
Can render overtime whenever needed
