The Product Specialist main responsibility is to ensure achievement of sales target in assigned area while upholding the brand image thru proper understanding of target customers, providing excellent service, ensuring proper store dispaly and availablity of products.
Sales Achievement
Ensure achievement of sales target of assigned product/category in the assigned store.
Selling using probing questions, do suggestive selling
Track sale goals and reporting results
Monitor local competitor, comparative market research
Customer Service
Ensure delivery of excellent customer service thru product knowledge and customer service training
Merchandise Management
In-charge of the store display, seeing that products are well represented
Regularly monitor and manage inventory
Cashiering Management
Perform cashiering function
Ensure safety of store funds
Strong selling skills, customer service and work dedication
Experience in sales strategies implementation and customer relationship management
With at least 2 years experience in Retail preferably from a premium appliance/electronics brand or luxury brands
Excellent communications skills
