Work you'll do
QRM and Consulting Methods and Tools team's main roles include protecting the earnings, assets, and reputation of the organization as well as promoting delivery excellence through methods and tools enablement. Primary responsibilities of QRM and CMT Enabling Specialist involves in providing process/methods, tools, metrics, and risk management coaching as well as driving organization-wide process improvement programs.
Enable project teams in Deloitte's methods and tools by facilitating or conducting process or tools training
Provide consultation/coaching to project teams in method and tools tailoring as per project lifecycle as well as in improving delivery quality and mitigating/ addressing delivery risks
Facilitate Risk Management - managing risks most associated with delivery
Set up data collection, collate project metrics, generate process performance baselines, and leverage data analytics as part of deep dive & quality consultation
Support the projects in Engagement/Senior Management Reviews as well as in implementing process improvements
Implement use of prediction models in projects to support CMMI level 4 or 5 assessment, as per the need
Facilitate proactive defect management by performing defect causal analysis and resolution meetings at periodic intervals
Drive or support organization-wide process improvements and methods and tools deployment

If you are someone with:
Minimum 8-10 experience in software development and quality management combined - having more than 2 years software development/ package implementation experience + minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management (CMMI, ISO, ITIL, etc.)
Strong understanding of package implementation and maintenance life cycle.
Experience in providing quality consultation to package implementation projects.
Track record of consistent performance in QRM and/or in client service delivery (for internal referrals)
Experience in client service delivery in Deloitte (preferred) (for internal referrals)
Software Quality Assurance / Project implementation experience on Waterfall/ Iterative/ Hybrid Agile/ Agile/ M&O Projects.
Good understanding of various Quality frameworks and Project Management models.
Experience with CMMI implementation and services, Prediction models, Process Performance Baselines.
Proficient in data analysis and statistical methods
Result oriented - can get things done effectively
Strong program and project management skills - can lead organization-wide process improvement initiatives
Strong interpersonal and people skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Experience in facilitating or conducting trainings
