In this role, you will be responsible to exhibit innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation. Responsibilities 1. You should be responsible to operate in a dynamic and deadline driven environment. 2. You are required to perform with strong processing skills and a positive, can-do attitude. 3. You should react positively and effectively to the needs of handling volume spikes. 4. You are willing to work flexible and varying shifts throughout the year. Skills required i. Any graduate degree. ii. Should be willing to work in Voice Process. iii. Experience in International Voice Process will be preferred. iv. Excellent Interpersonal Skills. v. Proficient in English language- both written and oral. vi. Good Analytical skills. vii. Knowledge of MS office (excel, word, outlook). viii. Should be willing to work in night shift & rotational weekend working.
