We are looking for a talented and ambitious Paid Media Specialist to join our client's Marketing Team. The Paid Media Specialist will report directly to the Marketing Manager. The specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, launching and monitoring campaigns for both the Agricultural and Industrial Divisions of the business. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious, organized team player that is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Effectively manage and optimize campaigns within budget on major platforms including Facebook and Google
Monitor and report performance of pay-per-click advertising campaigns
Manage campaign budget pacing on a month-to-month basis
Proactively communicate with team members and manage expectations
Create reports and present with recommendations
Assist team members with questions, tasks, and trainings as needed
Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for growing skills and facing new challenges
Requirements:
With 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
Experience building campaigns on Facebook and Google (certifications is nice to have)
Strong understanding across the pillars of traffic, conversion, retention and value maximization
Familiarity with analysing data in Google Analytics
Excellent prioritization skills and proactivity in completing daily tasks
Ability to work independently as well as with a team
Strong digital ad operations technical knowledge
Keen attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A positive, go-getter attitude
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Experience with dynamic ads is a plus
Associate / Supervisor Sales and Marketing BPO 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
