We are looking to hire a dynamic Posting Support Representative to join our company. In this role, you'll be responsible for entering client details on the job postings into our electronic storage system, updating existing entries, and organizing information appropriately.

What You'll Do
Responsible for creating and updating client's information to various sites;
Ensure that all account's username and password are saved in the database;
Reach out to various sites to determine the process of submitting jobs and/or obtaining information for integration use;
Investigate and resolve flagged jobs with non-working log-in credentials;
Ensure that all account-related issues that requires client intervention were flagged to account services;
Create tickets via ClickUp concerning inventory issues;
Provides immediate resolution to different Account Services issues to meet the scheduled delivery of jobs;
Send outreach emails to clients with regards to various issues using specific templates;
Coordinate with different departments and individuals to help deal with specific issues;
Create Media-related tickets concerning the assigned flagged jobs;
Fix minor issues through navigating the JobTarget platform; and
Ensure that all other assigned task is processed in a timely manner.
What You Need to Qualify
Analytical and logical thinking and problem-solving skills;
Ability to navigate the internet, sometimes with multiple browser windows open;
Good written communication skills;
Keenness to details; and
Organization and coordination skills.
