JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for assisting and providing solutions to members and representatives of the organization.
Handles representatives and members' inquiries regarding the products and services offered. NO SALES CALLS. NO COLLECTION CALLS.
Offers quality customer service on every call to surpass expectations.
Manages difficult situations and ensures to end every call in a positive manner
Connects and builds rapport with representatives and members by actively listening, asking the right questions and offering solutions, while demonstrating a deep understanding of their concerns.
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent in both English and Portuguese languages, both written and spoken
Completed High School diploma or higher
Punctual and committed to work schedules, embrace change in a fast-paced environment
Excellent active listening and communication skills
Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple software applications
Remote/Work from home setup. You will need a computer/laptop & a stable internet connection
