Roles and Responsibilities
- Act as the main technical support point person providing research and resolutions with the sales and marketing team whenever integrations issues arise
- Design, implement and test the API integration
- Drive the development and implementation of effective campaigns
- Support existing integration projects
- Coordinate the necessary adjustments to the sales and marketing department
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to sales, marketing, and client success teams on important strategies to support planned campaigns
- Communicate and interpret issues, challenges, and status of progress of campaign/s
- Create procedural & technical documentation
Required Experience
- Strong understanding of PHP programming language (+4 yrs)
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JS/JQ scripting (+4+ yrs)
- Moderate experience with WordPress (+2 yrs)
- Moderate experience using JSON, REST APIs, and OAuth (+2 yrs)
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience and integration in Active Campaign CRM
- Comprehension of Digital Marketing
o Facebook Business Manager
o Google Analytics
o SEO
o Social Media Marketing
A Successful Candidate must have
- Great time management
- Excellent phone & email manner & communication skills
- A good understanding of how to prioritize, escalate & communicate change
- Competent & updated computer literacy in relevant tools
- Typing speed of 80+ WPM
