JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assist US-based retirement benefits recipients regarding their retirement plan over the phone
Identify contribution errors, missed deferral opportunities, and identifying employees excluded from the retirement benefits or 401(k) plan
Communicate operational and system issues proactively and in a timely manner to avoid errors
Collaborate with the Product Operations team on customer questions, inquiries, and active operational projects
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Committed, dedicated and hard-working
Candidates with experience working for a financial, health care or insurance company/account/campaign are welcome to apply.
Proficient in the English language
Willing to work on a graveyard shift in Glorietta 2, Makati and able to start ASAP. FREE shuttle.
Currently resides within NCR or nearby towns
