SOFTWARE SUPPORT SPECIALIST FOR ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE
Do you have meticulous attention to detail, great people skills, and enjoy working with customers to solve problems? 
Windward Software has thousands of clients using our software worldwide. For our clients, time is money, and they must be able to service their customers as quickly as possible. This position plays a key role in providing telephone software support to these customers in a professional and efficient manner. We are looking for an analytical problem-solver with exceptional communication and customer service skills to assist customers with questions related to data, system functionality, and industry best practices. Your solid work ethic and ability to prioritize your workload are important to customer satisfaction.  
 
Job Qualifications:
 
In order to best support our customers, you should have strong business acumen. Your proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook, and good English communication skills, together with your understanding of point of sale (POS), purchasing, inventory control, and bookkeeping/accounting/payroll, are required. A basic understanding of PC hardware, operating systems, and software installations, would prove to be beneficial; however, if you have the aptitude and drive to quickly learn new technologies, we will provide in-house training. 
A Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline of Business Administration, Finance, Bookkeeping, or equivalent experience is required. Bonus points are given to candidates with previous BPO or Customer Service Support experience.
 
Requirement:
 
In this role, you will be working remotely from home, so you will be required to provide stable internet and your own computer.
