We are looking for a highly competent, articulate, and results-driven Executive Support Specialist who will directly support the President in driving sales growth, business development initiatives, and executive engagements.
This role is ideal for a professional who possesses strong presentation skills, sales acumen, and exceptional communication abilities, and who can confidently represent the President in various meetings, business discussions, and client engagements.
This is a high-impact position that requires professionalism, discretion, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced executive environment.
CORE FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide high-level executive support to the President in sales initiatives, business development, and strategic engagements
Assist in preparing high-impact business presentations, proposals, and project pitches for clients, partners, and stakeholders
Coordinate and participate in client meetings, project discussions, and sales presentations in Cebu City and Manila
Conduct market research and opportunity analysis to support expansion and business growth
Help manage and monitor sales pipelines, business prospects, and project opportunities
Prepare executive reports, presentation decks, and briefing materials for meetings and negotiations
Ensure seamless coordination of the President's business meetings, appointments, and strategic activities Assist in managing key accounts, partnerships, and corporate relationships
Represent the President in meetings when required and ensure proper follow-through on action items
Support the execution of sales strategies and business development initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, Executive Support, or Client Relations
Background in the construction industry is a strong advantage
Highly proficient in PowerPoint presentations, business proposals, and reporting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong executive presence
Highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple priorities
Strong analytical, coordination, and negotiation skills
Professional, discreet, and capable of dealing with high-level stakeholders
Willing to travel and coordinate projects between Cebu City and Manila
