SYSTEM AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills required (formulas, automation, process improvement).
Responsible for supporting company technology systems including business email, websites, Excel/Google Sheets systems, and internal software.
Helps streamline processes, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve operational tools used by the team.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
Identifying opportunities to adopt new tools and solutions that maximize system capabilities and add value to the business.
Other responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the company.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
High-level knowledge of commonly used software, hardware and applications
Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and diagnose issues
Time management skills to provide updates and fixes within a promised time frame
