We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Automation and Workflow Specialist to support a short-term project. This role is ideal for someone who can quickly set up clean database structures and build simple, reliable automations. You will work directly with the founder to connect Airtable with Manatal through Zapier and ensure smooth, accurate data syncing.Key Responsibilities:Set up and configure an Airtable database based on project requirementsBuild and test automation workflows using ZapierConnect Airtable with Manatal through Zapier integrationsEnsure accurate data syncing and troubleshoot workflow issuesProvide a brief walkthrough or Loom video after setupComplete all tasks within an estimated 3 to 5 hoursSoftware/Platforms/Tools:AirtableZapierManatal (basic familiarity is a plus)Google SuiteProject Management Tools (Asana, Trello, or Monday.com)Qualifications:At least 3-5 years of freelancing experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills (C1 or C2 level)Proven experience setting up Airtable databases and automation workflowsStrong working knowledge of Zapier, including multi-step zapsExperience integrating data between platformsAbility to work independently with minimal instructionsDetail-oriented with strong communication skillsFamiliarity with Manatal is a plusShift Schedule:Monday to Friday, with at least a 2 to 4 hour overlap between 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM US PST for collaboration with the client. Remaining hours can be flexible.
