Senior Field Marketing Advisor
Assessing market trends, quantifying opportunities and developing marketing programs, Field Marketing at Dell Technologies is at the forefront of customer engagement. Responsible for a specific location, department or product, our teams drive marcom strategy - from making budget recommendations to defining roadmaps and informing content themes. Interacting directly with customers and utilizing third-party customer data, they provide Dell's product marketing and messaging team with game-changing feedback. At the highest level, they develop and drive marketing policies and activities, from market research through brand management and product development to pricing.

What you'll achieve
As a Senior Field Marketing Advisor, you will lead the development and execution of the go-to-market field marketing plans to support specific growth initiatives, localizing and adapting global content and programs that achieve sales demand.
Commercial Business Responsibilities
He/she will be the subject matter expert to develop & execute field marketing plans & strategies, based on the integrated country plans, to accelerate sales pipeline, improve customer experience and loyalty, generate leads, speed up sales cycle and promote industry awareness.
Collaborate across multiple functions and keep all key stakeholders informed and aligned to bring the field marketing plan to life
Analyze the impact of the marketing programs and have regular cadence of reviewing programs and tactic results, detailed analysis of what's driving the results, what can be improved, key learnings to be applied in future programs/tactics.
Collaborate and co-own with regional partner marketing team to drive partners' MDF strategy, planning, and execution.
Integrate Corporate Communications into all executions helping raise awareness of Dell's key corporate messages.
Manage marketing budget and vendor funding, conducting periodic reviews; negotiate contracts to ensure Dell receives optimal value.
Support regional roll out of product launches
Consumer Business Responsibilities
Develop overall brand and marketing strategies to grow business and market share with profitability. Align with country GTM priorities which encapsulate a seamless, well-integrated brand, retail and lead generation campaign; own the integrated marketing plan enlisting the support of other support functions.
Strengthen Dell's brand preference in the Consumer segment, including Gaming segment and Small Business segment, through differentiated brand building effort; Position Dell as a premium brand in all lines of business ensuring high brand advocacy.
Communicate Dell's value proposition succinctly to the requisite target audience in an impactful and timely fashion ensuring strong brand equity; ensure execution of regional/ global ATL & BTL campaigns at the country level; manage product and services launches throughout the year.
Execute on plan ensuring high returns on marketing investment leveraging alliances funding; manage timelines and budgets ensuring strict control over overruns.
Monitor and track the performance of marketing programs against pre - determined metrics weekly and drive course correction where necessary.
Execute Channel Marketing programs to strengthen Dell's channel franchise; enlist the support of Channel Partners in demand generation programs.

The right candidate will have demonstrated a successful experience in results-driven marketing. He/She should be passionate about technology.
Qualification and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree
At least 8 years of experience with expert level of domain knowledge in Marketing, Field Marketing or Marcoms, preferably in both B2B and B2C in technology industry
Proven track record creating and executing demand gen programs in Philippines based on deep understanding of the technology market requirements
Good understanding and relationship with the channel ecosystem including technology partners.
Proven success in managing complex market, fronting multiple stakeholders and a demonstrated ability to drive marketing programs to meet ROI metrics
Flair in event management, campaign execution, and project management.
Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to piece together data into insights to aid executive strategic decisions to be made.
Working knowledge of marketing automation, Mascot, Ariba & Salesforce etc.
Well versed with MS Office tools - MS Excel, MS PowerPoint & MS Word
Experience in digital marketing and retail channel marketing is a distinct advantage
