Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree holder in Law or other related field
At least 1 year experience in the same field
Good English communication and training skills
Knowledge in working with foreign cultures
Experience working in a multinational company
Responsibilities:
Handle the Integrated Compliance Management and support the Effectiveness Monitoring for certain compliance risk areas
Compliance in Data Privacy Management System
Provide advice on general, legal questions and correct interpretation related to LPC
Support web-based trainings, LPC driven communication campaigns and advise
Implement LPC routines & (digital) tools of work organization
Other adhoc activities
