We are looking for a Vendor Support Associate/Specialist!
What's on the menu for you to do:
Handles device and portal issues from restaurant partners and performs basic device troubleshooting over the phone.
Assist in live concerns encountered by account managers and restaurant partners.
Manage device retrieval/ recollection for terminated and lost restaurant partners
Set up devices for new restaurant partners and assist in updating shipment orders and device assignment.
What do you bring to the table?
Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any course. IT degree is a certain plus.
Great interpersonal and communication skills in person
Presentable, with pleasing personality and high level of enthusiasm and commitment
Structured and is able to efficiently organize the communication process with our partners and internal teams
Team player and motivated with a drive for success
With the ability to use, manage, understand and assess basic technology.
Open to fresh graduates
