Position Title: Performance Marketing Analytics Specialist (Tech Mktg.)
Position Level: Sr. Associate to Specialist
Nature of Work
- Responsible for managing and maximizing marketing tech platforms by enabling all engagement channels
- Accountable for the collection, preparation, design, development, and distribution of marketing reports
- Analyze data and connects marketing and business reports to help all teams make data-driven decisions
- Understand best practices for UI and UX for landing pages, applications, mobile, and desktop
- Manage and optimize landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms
- In-charge of web development & management (microsites, landing pages & knowledge base)
- On-site SEO - (keyword search, headings tags, internal and external links, URL optimization, meta title and description writing)
- Assess and manage third party search engine tools for site reporting and analysis
- Utilize Google Search Console to register websites, generate and submit XML sitemaps, submit URLs
- Build new campaign workflows for triggered campaigns - including targeting, channel & timing selection, if/then scenarios, and automated tasks.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Web Analytics & Customer segmentation. HubSpot and Salesforce is a plus.
- Must be data-driven, critical thinker, and organized
- Experienced in Performance Marketing is a plus
- A graduate of Business Management/Statistics/Math/MassComm or related programs
- At least 4 years of work experience in marketing and data analytics preferably from Fintech/Bank/E-commerce/Digital Marketing agencies
