Due to growth and national expansion, we are seeking to employ a Payroll Officer, to work as part of our Accounts/Payroll Team in Metro Manila.
About the Role
This is a full-time position, and you will be working as a part of our accounts and operations team. Your day-to-day duties will include but not be limited to; process manual payroll for all external employees in the organization - 200 to 500 heads, maintain personnel database regarding salaries, report to department supervisor regarding daily activities and issues, work directly with clients to achieve weekly deadlines, address and resolve employee complaints relating to the payroll system, prepare reports to relevant departments about payroll, company budget and expense, other duties as required.

Selection criteria
Accounting degree is highly regarded.
Excellent English (verbal and written) communication skills.
International experience will be highly regarded.
Proven experience in a manual payroll position in a fast-paced environment required
Strong knowledge of Australian industrial wage laws is an advantage
Good understanding of the common fiscal procedures
Must be self-directed, highly motivated and must display learned skills as soon as on board
Ability to pass a pre-employment and criminal history checks.
Willingness and ability to work from our office in Ortigas, Mon - Fri (day shift).
