We are looking for a knowledgeable Payroll Specialist to process and manage the company's payroll.
Requirements
At least five (5) years of demonstrated experience in payroll managing end-to-end payroll & Invoicing.
Demonstrated ability to work in a deadline-orientated environment.
Familiarity with time reporting tools and various payroll cloud applications.
Excellent spoken and written English and a confident speaker to communicate with external and internal clients.
Intermediate to Advanced level in MsExcel;
Q&A/auditing & investigation skills
Is a self-starter who has strong detail and analytical skills, combined with the demonstrated ability to adhere to strict deadlines and ensure that payroll is processed accurately and on time, every time;
An adaptive team player with an ability to interact with all employees respectfully, ensuring courtesy, patience and understanding, combined with a flexible and open approach to addressing questions and providing practical solutions to payroll problems.
Demonstrated experience, knowledge and understanding of payroll compliance, general payroll practices, procedures, operations, and legislation, combined with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate this information to others.
Someone who thrives and is not easily overwhelmed by the volume of work & fast-paced environment.
Able to learn and follow multiple Australian pay award rulings and/or with AU background
Can work ONSITE (Cubao, QC)
