Responsible for preparing accurate and timely timekeeping and payroll reports, preparing, processing, and submitting all government statutory benefits requests and reports such as SSS, PAG IBIG, and PHILHEALTH. He/she is also responsible for ensuring that all company-initiated benefits are applied consistently and according to the company's benefits policy.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or equivalent
At least with 1-3 years related working experience
With an effective working knowledge of all government statutory benefits
Keen attention to details
Interpersonal and ability to work with minimal supervision
Highly proficient in both Microsoft Word and Excel
Can work well within the given deadline
