Duties and Responsibilities
Prepares payroll of Monthly/Daily paid employees
Prepare Final Compensation of Monthly/Daily paid employees
Prepares Alphalist of Employees to be submitted to Bureau of Internal Revenue every year.
Prepares Certificate of Compensation of all employees
Prepares Annual Income Tax Return of all employees
Monitors employee's salary deduction
Prepares 13th Month Pay of all employees
Job Specifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Psychology/Business Administration or equivalent.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Familiar in using HRIS as payroll system
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources - Payroll / Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
