Job Responsibilities:
Process payroll.
Downloading banking and credit card activity into QuickBooks desktop and QuickBooks
online versions
Make this monthly accounting process as efficient as possible by creating rules
Knows when a transaction should be excluded
Reconcile each and all of these statements monthly
Break out interest and principal and reconcile all loan accounts to statements or loan
schedules
Tie out/reconcile payroll each month, year to date wages, and payroll tax expenses
Save all reconciliations, statements, and payroll reports to .pdf to our server, in a
client-specific folder
Provide weekly updates
Review timesheets for appropriate overtime and sick leave
Schedule and pay payroll taxes on a timely basis
Review for accuracy file quarterly 941, DE9 & DE9C payroll tax returns and annual payroll
returns (940, W2s, and W3s)
Qualifications:
With Quickbooks Payroll Experience
Excellent Calendar Management
