Job Description
The Payroll Specialist's primary role is to handle overall payroll requirements and concerns of the clients to ensure a smooth end to end service delivery through compliance with internal and external Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Management Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science, or any business-related course.
• Candidate must have excellent and effective interpersonal skills
• Must have a strong sense of professionalism
• Team player and client-centric
• Candidate must be patient, resilient and can work under extreme pressure
• Must have a strong drive to attain goals
• Must be keen to details
• Must be willing to work long hours
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft office applications
• Must be willing to be assigned in Ortigas
