We are looking for an ambitious Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team. As a Compensation and Benefits specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing, managing, and administering our employees' rewards, perks, and benefits for framing new policies. You will be responsible for overseeing employee compensation and benefits, compensation databases, job descriptions, benchmark compensation as well as annual performance reviews.
Role and Responsibilities
•Researching compensation and benefits policies and plans
•Ensuring compensation and benefits plans are cost-effective and competitive
•Monitoring and researching compensation and benefits trends
•Comparing benefits and compensation plans, job classifications, and salaries through data and cost analyses
•Designing reports and recommendations based on research and analysis for senior executive team
•Ensuring company is compliant with state and federal laws
•Collaborating with outside vendors, such as investment brokers and benefits vendors
•Assessing the organization's pay structure
•Researching compensation trends and reviewing compensation surveys
•Evaluating compensation policies
•Ensuring the pay practices comply with same and federal laws and regulations
•Administering the organization's benefits programs (e.g., retirement plans, leave policies, wellness programs, insurance policies, etc.)
•Monitoring government regulations, legislation, and benefits trends
•Working with insurance brokers and benefits careers
•Preparing and updating salary scales
•Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks
•Conduct periodic audits, prepare, and present reports
•Identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees
•Keep track of prevailing pay rates and make sure we offer competitive compensation plans
•Structure compensation in ways that will yield the highest value for the organization
•Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs
Job Requirements and Qualifications
•Postgraduate in MBA (preferable Finance & HR)
•People oriented and results driven
•Knowledge of HR systems and databases
•Excellent active listening and presentation skills
•Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
•Fluent in Microsoft excel and other related tools
•Good written adoral communication skills to enable effective coordination.
•Fluent Communication skills and MS Excel knowledge
•Experience with analytics software a +
•Ability to multitask in a fast paced, high performing culture
Minimum Qualifications:
MBA Degree Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, preparing and maintaining accurate records; classifying data and/or information; using pertinent software applications, keyboarding; office application software, ability is also required to work with a wide diversity of individuals; work with a variety of data.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Call Center/Office environment, air-conditioned, all amenities available
Work From Home during GCQ/MGCQ.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to commute to and function efficiently in a call center environment.
Physically able to work night shift
Lives near Eastwood City, Libis.
