Responsibilities
Maintaining of Monthly Payroll Spreadsheet.
Processing of time-sheets each month
Submission of data from HR/Finance and Comp and benefit Team to payroll provider each month
Provision of 2316 and final pay-slips to Leavers
Set up of all new hire
Payment and up-load of all payroll related items ie BIR, Phil Health, SSS and PAGI
Dealing with employee/ HR and Finance queries
Year End Processing
Retention of Payroll Files
Month End Journals and Reconciliations to Netsuite
On going payroll projects
Qualifications
Min 2 years payroll experience
Exposure to dealing with ADP or International Payrolls an advantage
Advanced Excel Skills
Positive attitude, motivated problem solver and customer oriented
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Team Player with good interpersonal skills
Finance background also an advantage
Fluent in written and oral English
