JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provides support in payroll reports, implementation & updates for a payroll service provider through a US payroll software
Maintains updates times keeping records and other necessary payroll information through data collation, data calculation, wages, taxes and adjustments based on the USpayroll system
Compiles earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages summary for reporting purposes.
Resolves payroll discrepancies based on collected data/information

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Accounting/finance graduate or equivalent experience in US payroll is required
Experience in any US payroll software and word processing tools
Has a good understanding of US taxation law
Proficient in MS excel and keen eye on details
Able to keep confidential information
Willing to work Glorietta 2, Makati, on shifting schedule and able to start ASAP
