The Role
This role encompasses various activities to ensure smooth, timely and accurate payroll operations, compliant with Kyndryl regulations as well as local legal requirements. This involves working closely with Kyndryl employees as well as members of other teams.
Who You Are
Previous experience in a similar role of at least 2-3 years
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business and Human Resources (preferable but not essential)
Fluent in Greek and English (Spoken and written)
Experience in labor law and social security legislation of countries
Knowledge of payroll programs and MS office tools
Good time management
High degree of professionalism and ability to communicate with various levels of management.
Good problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Basic knowledge in other HR processes such as benefits and compensation
Ability to identify risk, solve problems and manage multiple priorities
