Job Summary:
Payroll Manager is responsible in implementing HR Solutions according to client's business requirements. Ensure the team's completion of the payroll end-to-end process and/or benefit administration. Overall responsible in the performance of the assigned Process Leads and Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain good business relationship with clients.
Conduct periodic client visits and manages customer expectations.
Initiate üp-sell of existing or additional HR services.
QA champion and addresses payroll disputes.
Oversee the payroll processing of the group
Control operational expenses to maintain the amount within budget.
Oversees the integrity of payroll accounts. Ensure the accuracy of the process and generated reports.
Coordinates with clients on incident, payroll issues or additional/modified instructions.
Ensure any changes across all transactions went through proper change management process.
Informs immediately the Client Operations Manager of any issues/concerns of the client.
Participate in all Leadership training, development and other company activities.
Baseline Qualifications:
Graduate of any years business and business-related course
More than years of experience in Payroll end-to-end process (Time Keeping, Payroll Processing, Final Pay Computation, Annualization (Alphalist/BIR 2316).
Specialized in Payroll, Benefits Administration, Compensation and Benefits, Government rulings related to payroll.
Amenable to work onsite
