SPECIFIC DUTIES TO BE PERFORMED:
Assist in the regular payroll processing, validation, accounting, and reconciliation.
Assist/liaise in government mandated benefits & reportorial requirements.
Processing special payments, new hires and terminations, payroll changes & updates,
Strict compliance to confidential personal information.
QUALIFICATION/STANDARDS:
Preferably graduate of Bachelor degree in Accounting or any business-related course.
Ideally with hands on payroll & government benefits experience
Attention to details, methodical and organized
Unquestionable integrity & with high level of interpersonal skills
With experience/knowledge in using payroll system
Preferably Makati resident or is willing to relocate
