The payroll assistant will be in charge of processing all payroll-related concerns-from data collection, data entry, and disbursement of salary and other monetary benefits; specific details are listed below.
Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Compute all salaries and monetary statutory and company benefits, including government remittances.
2. Submit payroll files to the supervisor for final review prior to salary disbursement.
3. Administer accurate bank crediting every payout.
4. Transact government contributions.
5. Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong numerical ability, advanced skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Effective interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
Strong analytical skills
Possesses integrity and professionalism
Knowledgeable of computer applications required for payroll processing and data analysis.
