Qualifications:
Excellent English proficiency
Previous sales experience is required
Warm, personable, and confident communicator
Comfortable building quick rapport with clients
Growth mindset and open to learning
Confident overcoming objections while staying patient and professional
Consistently reliable with follow-through
Familiarity with CRM and scheduling platforms - we use Market Surge which is a go high level product.
A genuine love for connecting with people
Experience:
Education: High school diploma required 
Customer Service: 2 years (Required)
Sales: 1 year (Required)
Remote Work: 1 year (Required)
Call Center: 1 year (Preferred)
Responsibilities:
Making outbound calls to follow up on warm leads (no cold calling)
Handling inbound calls from clients
Scheduling appointments and entering client details into our system
Sending follow-up emails and texts
Communicating client needs and feedback with the team to ensure smooth experiences
Participating in team meetings and ongoing training via zoom
You'll be fully supported with clear processes and tools so you can focus on what you do best-connecting with people.
