Part-time Real Estate Cold Caller Appointment Setter (Work from Home)
 
Qualifications:
Excellent English communication skills - friendly, clear, and confident phone presence 
Detail-oriented with strong data entry accuracy 
Comfortable using CRM tools (Go High Level experience is a plus) 
Self-starter who can work independently and meet daily goals 
Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or real estate sales is preferred 
Fluent in English and available during U.S. business hours 
Provide feedback to improve call scripts and outreach systems 
 
Responsibilities:
Conduct daily outbound cold calls to property owners using provided lead lists and scripts 
Qualify leads by identifying property interest, motivation, and selling timelines 
Accurately document call results and lead details in our CRM (Go High Level) 
Set follow-up appointments or warm transfers to the acquisitions team 
Track performance metrics and participate in short remote team syncs 
You'll be connecting with off-market property owners and real estate sellers. Your goal is to build rapport, ask qualifying questions, and identify opportunities - not hard-sell or close deals
