Job Description Analyzes the work order to determine specific requirements. Requests needed equipment from asset custodians. Coordinates with different groups on availability of client and resources. Installs and test equipment in client premises. Secures acceptance from client and turns over equipment. Leads implementation with contractors to fulfill work orders. Executes service restorations. Conducts preventive maintenance on assigned circuits by recommending solutions to Service Level Management on type of maintenance to be performed.
