This is a remote position.
We are looking for a self-motivated Sales Administrator for our own business (24/7 Global).
You will be reporting to the Sales Manager and working with a dynamic sales team in New York.
What's expected of you:
Making high volume outbound calls to prospective clients introducing the Global Answer services and attracting potential new clients.
Scheduling meetings and presentations with prospective clients; and
Replying to sales enquiries;
Preparing and submitting initial sales proposals to prospective clients;
Coordinating with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort;
Assisting the Sales Manager in determining pricing schedules for quotes, promotions and negotiations;
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
Assisting the team in developing sales process, procedures and systems;

Requirements
At least two (2) years experience in sales;
Have high attention to detail;
Confident communicator, an Outbound calls sales experience is an advantage;
Excellent customer service attitude;
Excellent command of English communication skills - verbal and written;
At least Intermediate proficiency in MsExcel;
Friendly and positive manner and great at establishing rapport with customers;
