Connected Freight is part of the New Energies Companies Portfolio of Shell and collaborating with a diverse group of "E-Mobility" companies that have a similar north star which is clean our cities from excess cars, traffic and emissions! We do this by lessening the trucks in the road through our supply chain solutions.
The Outbound Marketing Specialist/Telemarketer is responsible for generating sales either by cold calling or answering requests digitally or wired. The role will be working closely with its Marketing and Sales teams to identify and qualify new sales opportunities for Connected Freight services and product.
The Outbound Marketing Specialist/Telemarketer must be able to understand the customer's requirements in a short time and present Connected Freight's services and product solutions that meet their needs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Customer Leads Calls and Endorsements
Conducts outbound calls for prospective clients. Ask relevant sales qualifying questions to understand the customer's needs and user profile
Explains product details and answers questions of clients. Proposing products or services and describing their quality and benefits in a detailed and persuasive manner
Secure appointments for sales team with sales-qualified leads
Customer Leads Data Management
Maintains accurate and up to date client database.
Maintain detailed records of outgoing and ingoing calls as well as follow up information and outcomes in the Salesforce
