ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
 
JOB DESCRIPTION:
 
1. Responsible for the organizational development in the areas of:
Job Assessment
System Documentation (follow the ISO standard)
Training and Development
Culture building (Vision, Mission, Core Values, team building, Design and Implementing new HR policies)
Performance Management System which includes compensation and benefits.
Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keep the strategy up to date
Enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Accepts other responsibilities as may be assigned according to the needs of the company
Job Qualifications:
With strong competency in implementing HR procedures and policies
People-oriented, proactive, and connects
High level of Integrity and ethical standards,
Trustworthy and handles sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and tact.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Strong analytical, written/oral communication and interpersonal skills
