BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT STAFF
(Animal Technician / Striker)
Job Scope
Ø Initiate and implement effective Sales and Technical programs set by the management
Ø Ensure increasing Sales growth and conversion in assigned areas
Ø Promote sustainable and healthy animal farming practices
Ø Assist in prospecting of new clients and farms
Ø Provide technical and marketing support to Sales in veterinary services, seminars (hog raising), backyard farms, pet owners, demand creation and promotional activities
Ø Represent the company in ensuring Integrity of performance of task.
Competency Requirements
Ø A graduate of Bachelor's degree in Agriculture (Animal Science) or equivalent
Ø With valid driver's license (Professional or Non-Prof)
Ø With own motorcycle, functional odometer
Ø With Sales experience on Animal Feeds
Ø With technical knowledge and skills on animal nutrition and care
Ø Ability to collaborate with sales, technicians, commercial/backyard farm owners
Ø Ability to display stocks in stores and do conversion
