Job Description: Function name is Capital Markets Retail Pricing and Registration
Job grade is 430 and will be upgraded to 450 once the voice function is fully transitioned to Manila. Voice would cover 20% of their workload and they will only be speaking with HLAs.
Shift Schedule is from 10pm to 7am.
Brief Description of the function:
Registration inputs loan data into a loan origination system (Chase Loan Manager, CLOSR, MPX); processing pricing transactions while ensuring loans meet Chase guidelines and ensuring all service level agreements are met daily. Requests include: Locks, Relocks, Extensions, Product Changes, Rate Changes, Renegotiations,, Product Exception Fee Applications and Pricing Verifications, and System overrides for systemically unsupported functions.
Call center to assist external customers and internal partners with their pricing concerns.
