Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
Assist with the day-today functions and duties of the Special Projects Department
Act as company representative to ensure effective coordination between various government agencies, private entities, and other offices
Effective handling special projects of the company and clients, e.g., PEZA, business closure, DOLE.
Draft correspondence, memos, briefing notes, and documents, as required.
Organize documents and reportorial requirements of the special projects
Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior
