The Role
As an Operations Specialist. you will be handling projects of the department and joint projects with other Head Office Units for continuous process improvement and to improve control measures to mitigate risks on the accounts handled by the Department in accordance with the policies and procedures.
How you'll contribute
Supports reconciliation of accounts affected by the system error
Ensures confidentiality of reports/documents and information prepared and maintained
Handles all correspondences properly using appropriate communication tools for timely feedback to recipients
Initiates local development or enhancement in coordination with ITG, BBOG & other concerned units for process improvement, control or regulatory compliance
Tracks progress of the assigned project through close coordination with BBOG system support, ITG, with the working team and TPMO to ensure timely escalation of project line-up, issues and status update
Observes strict maker-checker policy with all the reports and other tasks handled
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Banking or any related field
With knowledge on the concept of Debit and Credit
Must have an effective communication and managing skills
Must be able to do multi-tasking and keen to details
