Supports and directs the effective, efficient and equitable management and distribution of water supply across the Regional Operations group with primary focus on assigned business units. Includes management network from primary lines up to customer touchpoint and strategies to reduce non-revenue water.
Supports and directs the equitable management of water supply distribution among within BUs across the whole Regional Operations Group with the main tasks of effective and efficient operation of distribution network that includes all its assets and appurtenances.
Reports NRW project and program information, and coordinates analytical tasks, including creating effective strategies to collect data, analyze information, conduct research, ensure compliance, and implement analytics solutions to aid managers and BUs in effective network operations.
Acts as an NRW subject matter expert to provide inputs and technical guidance on policy/standards, guidelines and protocols.
