OPERATIONS MANAGER (ON-SITE CEBU BUSINESS PARK)
Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years of experience in a management role with a proven track record of leading high-performing sales or sales support teams.
Coaching and Mentoring: Demonstrated expertise in developing talent, providing effective feedback, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Sales Acumen: Deep understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, prospecting strategies, and the principles of successful go-to-market execution.
Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills, utilizing metrics to drive team performance and make informed decisions.
Excellent Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, effectively interacting with team members, senior management, and cross-functional stakeholders.
 
Responsibilities:
Team Development and Coaching: Hire, onboard, and continuously mentor a team of SDRs/BDRs, Business Analysts, Inside Sales Account Executives, and Salesforce Admins.
Performance Management: Establish individual and team KPIs and targets. Monitor team performance against goals, implement corrective actions with underperformers, and champion top performers.
Process Optimization: Analyze team workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and drive higher levels of productivity.
Reporting and Data Analysis: Regularly track and analyze important sales metrics.
