We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Operations In-Charge to oversee and manage daily logistics activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring logistics operations such as warehousing, inventory, transportation, and supply chain processes. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations while maintaining a high standard of customer service and compliance.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate all logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
Plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services.
Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and transport companies to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
Monitor logistics performance metrics and KPIs to ensure service levels, cost efficiency, and compliance with regulations.
Lead and supervise warehouse and logistics staff; provide training and performance evaluations.
Implement and enforce safety, security, and quality procedures.
Identify areas for improvement and implement process optimization strategies.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, transportation, and logistics activities.
Prepare and present logistics reports to senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any related field.
Proven experience (3-5 years) in logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
