Rollway Customs Brokerage Services is hiring for the following position:
BILLING AND COLLECTION IN CHARGE
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure timely and accurate billing to customers
Ensure billings are properly received by customers
Scan billing and attachment for internal copy
Follow up collections/receivables from customer
Perform other tasks as deemed necessary
SKILLS AND EDUCATION REQUIRED:
At least college graduate.
Previous experience in the same role is an advantage
Fresh graduates are welcome (Must be trainable)
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word)
Able to work with minimal supervision
With initiative and proactive mindset
Positive work ethic and a team player
Detail-oriented, organized, efficient, and reliable
Amenable to work in Guizo, Mandaue
