GYM OFFICER-IN-CHARGE (OIC)
 
Job Summary:
 
We are looking for a dynamic Gym Officer-In-Charge (OIC) to oversee our fitness team and ensure excellent service to our members. In a lean operation, you will take on multiple responsibilities-supervising staff, promoting the gym, maintaining facilities, and supporting daily operations to achieve sales, revenue, and member satisfaction goals.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and monitor fitness instructors and staff to deliver top-quality service.
Plan and implement daily, weekly, and monthly fitness activities to drive sales and retention.
Engage with members to assess needs, provide guidance, and offer Personal Fitness Workouts (PFW).
Ensure gym facilities, equipment, and programs are safe, clean, and functional.
Address maintenance issues, member concerns, and staff performance matters promptly.
Manage team development, training, and professional conduct.
Perform additional tasks as required in a lean operational environment.
Qualifications:
College level or related certificate.
Knowledge of gym programs and equipment; ability to instruct members effectively.
First Aid Certification.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Professional, friendly, and team-oriented mindset.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a lean operation.
