Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering
3-5 years of experience in construction plant and equipment management.
Knowledgeable of heavy construction machinery operation and maintenance.
Experience in preventive maintenance, breakdown control, and spare parts management.
Ability to supervise operators and mechanics and coordinate with site teams.
Good understanding of safety standards and statutory compliance.
Basic computer skills for reporting and maintenance records.
Salary is negotiable
