We will count on you to:
Responsible for managing client and vendor relationships in the area of benefits
Provide support in gathering, organizing, entering and reviewing data to be used for various client projects
Review benefits data files. Evaluates data and checks for issues and discrepancies and provides resolution of any errors
Responsible for managing low to moderately complex Benefits Operational assignments.
Maintains operation systems and tools and provides system support.
Provides operational reporting to management.
Participates in ad hoc operation projects.
What you need to have:
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Products
Accuracy and attention to detail are essential
Excellent planning and organisation skills and ability to work to deadline
Ability to work within a team
What makes you stand out:
Prior experience in administrative or operational support role
Knowledge in Health, Benefits and Group risk.
