Job Description
The position is responsible for the Industrial Control System (DCS/SCADA) Hardware, Software and Network Monitoring, Troubleshooting, Maintenance and Upgrade. Responsible for the Historian development and administration. Also, responsible for the establishment and monitoring of Asset Management Tools related to Operational Technology.
Industrial Control System Hardware and Software
Management
Troubleshooting of DCS/SCADA Hardware (CPU, Memory, HDD, Monitor) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)
DCS/SCADA and PLC Spare Parts Management (Align to the Critical Spare Parts Monitoring of Asset Management)
Establish and Perform Preventive Maintenance Schedule on DCS/SCADA and PLC Assets
Monitor DCS/SCADA and PLC Parts Replacement and Upgrade (Obsolescence of ICS Hardware and Software)
DCS/SCADA and PLC Application Backup and Restoration
Software License Management DCS/SCADA and BOP CS
Historian and Network Management
Network Provisioning on DCS/SCADA LAN and Network Troubleshooting Historian Server Troubleshooting (Hardware and Operating System)
Historian Server Administration (System Logs, Backup, Restoration and Security)
Historian Server Hardware and Operating System Deployment and Configuration
Eligibility
2-4 years in fuel oil power generation; Experience requirement may be reduced for individuals with an advanced technical or business degree, or registration as a professional engineer.
Exposure to plant information systems, performance monitoring software application.
Have adequate background on IT Systems and Network Administration
Leadership Experience: At least 2 years
Project Experience: At least 1-2 Project Executed
